Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our award-winning team at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater, recognized as a Best Nursing Home for both short and long-term care by U.S. News and World Report (2021-2022) and holding a CMS 5-Star Rating. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State; must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; must remain current during employment.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Positions available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
