Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality care to our residents in a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. This role involves delivering routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, under the supervision of licensed nurses and in compliance with facility policies, as well as federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, with successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
