The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, established in 1969, is set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers, and paved walkways. The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing care, and independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments in Watertown, Wisconsin.
About the Role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at The Marquardt Health Center (SNF) have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. You will foster genuine connections and help create vibrant communities where seniors can thrive.
Schedule
- Part-time (0.6 FTE) and Full-time positions available
- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- NOC Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
- $2 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts
- Overtime pay after 8 hours worked in a shift
Pay
- $19.16 - $21.29 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $600

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
- Ability to relate well to all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to change
