About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV, you will provide essential care services in patients' homes, focusing on daily living assistance and personal care. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with flexible scheduling tailored to the patient's needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable setting
- Aid with the patients' activities of daily living and personal care
- Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks
- Adhere to the patient's established care plan and document care provided
- Maintain records and documentation of daily services
- Communicate with the patient's family, doctors, and other relevant parties regarding the patient's health and care
Requirements
- Current CPR certification
- Current First Aid certification
- TB test & physical examination
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Good interpersonal skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move patients
- Operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred

Pay
$1000 engagement bonus after 90 days of service to your patient(s) and the Company. Payment terms and conditions may apply.
Schedule
Schedule primarily consists of Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm with some room for flexibility.
