We care for residents with behavioral health, substance use, and complex medical needs who cannot safely discharge from the hospital. What You’ll Do

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
• Answer call lights and support resident needs
• Help with meals and feeding
• Transport and reposition residents
• Take vital signs and record intake/output
• Complete documentation

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Team player with strong communication skills
