Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who can provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance
• Absorb and document patient care and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
