Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Complete Care at Germantown is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional resident care. About the role
Part-time openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Minimum of 2 years CNA experience required. Daily pay available – access your earned wages when you need them.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Accurately document care provided using electronic health records
- Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality resident-centered care
- Serve as a positive role model and resource for less experienced team members
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin CNA Certification in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize electronic charting systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet all state healthcare background check requirements
