Complete Care at Germantown is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional resident care. About the role

Part-time openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Minimum of 2 years CNA experience required. Daily pay available – access your earned wages when you need them.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
  • Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Accurately document care provided using electronic health records
  • Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality resident-centered care
  • Serve as a positive role model and resource for less experienced team members

Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin CNA Certification in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to utilize electronic charting systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must meet all state healthcare background check requirements
