About the role
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time, night-shift position with three 12-hour shifts (6pm - 6am) every other weekend.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
- Compassionate approach to geriatric care
- Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic EHR/documentation skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to individualized resident care plans
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs
- Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort
- Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
