About the role
Provide resident care and support in all activities of daily living, ensuring the health, welfare, and safety of all residents in a new facility opening 9/1/2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily needs including eating, bathing, grooming, exercising, and mobility transfers.
- Monitor vitals and resident behavior and report them to the nurse and medical staff.
Requirements
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.
