About the role

Fort Washington Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood.
  • Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
  • Maintains a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)
