Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Ennoble Care’s clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5-6 patients
• Provide or assist in ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails
• Assist in toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequent turning of bed-bound patients
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion (ROM) activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse
• Perform light housekeeping of the patient’s personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and laundry
• Feed and assist with meals
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the Nurse

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Meets state training requirements: minimum 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training (at least 16 hours of supervised practical training and 16 hours of classroom instruction)
• One year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide (hospice preferred)
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Pay rate starts at $19.75 an hour.
