About the role

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider serving patients across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Clinicians provide home-based continuum of care for individuals with chronic conditions and limited mobility, supported by programs such as remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing hospice team in the Bucks County, PA region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5–6 patients
• Provide or assist with activities of daily living: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth care, skin care, and nail care
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequent turning and repositioning of bed-bound patients
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities as taught by the hospice nurse
• Perform light housekeeping of the patient’s personal space, including changing bed linens and patient laundry
• Feed and assist with meals
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the nurse

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Meets state training requirements
• Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training, including at least 16 hours of supervised practical training and at least 16 hours of classroom instruction
• Minimum one year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide (hospice experience preferred)
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Pay rate starts at $20.00 per hour.
