About the role
SpiritTrust Lutheran is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at the Village at Gettysburg. Shifts are available and pay rates are competitive.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with residents, families, and fellow team members in alignment with core values of heritage, service, integrity, dignity, and stewardship.
- Provides direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Works collaboratively with other caregivers to meet resident needs promptly.
- Reports any changes in a resident's condition to clinical leadership.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
- A passion for serving older adults.
- CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
