Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA)

About the role

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures, supported by comprehensive training, tools, and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care for each resident.
• Protect residents’ rights.
• Adhere to our policies and standards.

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• A caring and compassionate personality and demeanor.
• Ability to work your scheduled shift.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
