Certified Nurse Midwife / Instructor / Senior Instructor / Assistant Professor in the Clinical Practice Faculty Track (Open Rank)

Responsibilities
- Provide full scope care to the gynecologic, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patient
- Utilize limited obstetric ultrasound skills in the outpatient and inpatient setting
- Attend monthly practice meetings and participate in a minimum of one-practice and/or College of Nursing committees
- Educate health care team students (APPs, medical students, residents) and actively participate in student evaluations
- Participate in practice development, promotion and community outreach
- Remain credentialed by the health plans and ensure credentialing materials stay current
Requirements
- Instructor: Master’s degree in midwifery from an accredited institution of higher education. Current AMCB certification. Current RN, APN and RxN licensures in good standing (Any State) or applicable certified midwife professional license. Must have Colorado licensures by date of hire.
- Senior Instructor: Same as Instructor, but with demonstrated leadership in area of practice.
- Assistant Professor: Same as Instructor, but with a doctoral degree in nursing, midwifery, an appropriate area of science, or a related area from an accredited institution of higher education. Must have Colorado licensures by date of hire. Demonstrated leadership in area of practice. Demonstrated experience collaborating with academic colleagues and students in practice activities.

Pay
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $102,249 - $117,587 annually at Instructor of Clinical Practice/CNM $103,272 - $118,762 annually at Sr. Instructor of Clinical Practice /CNM $104,294 - $119,938 annually at Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice /CNM The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.

This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
