About the role

Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned multispecialty clinic that prioritizes high‑quality patient care and work‑life balance. The department includes 15 midwives and collaborates with 20 OB/GYNs, 3 MFM physicians, and 5 Women’s Health APCs. The clinic provides labor and delivery services at two local hospitals (water births, VBAC, C‑sections) and offers routine gynecologic, wellness, and prenatal care in‑clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care at two local hospitals, including water births, VBAC, and assistance in C‑sections.
• Deliver routine gynecologic, wellness, and prenatal care in the clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYNs, MFM physicians, and Women’s Health APCs.
• Participate in leadership and teaching opportunities within the department.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential.
• Current full‑scope midwifery practice experience, including labor and delivery management, or completion of midwifery training within the past year to meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Compensation

Salary model based on years of experience, ranging from $132,752 to $158,919. Compensation information is subject to change.

Schedule

40‑hour work week with two clinic days and either one 24‑hour call shift or two 12‑hour call shifts.
