Certified Nurse Midwife

This position is ideal for a nurse midwife who thrives in a hospital environment, values collaborative care, and is committed to providing safe, patient-centered support throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. Responsibilities

• Perform deliveries while practice physicians are in OR.
• Observe and document patient care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, nursing staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide obstetric triage and respond to urgent maternal concerns.
• Coverage on Labor & Delivery unit.
• Support continuity of care for established practice patients.
• Follow all practice protocols, hospital policies, and applicable professional standards.

Requirements

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
• Accredited RN license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• One year or more of full-time experience as certified nurse midwife
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred
