About the role
Glow Midwifery is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife to join their in-demand practice in Gilbert, Arizona. Glow is a well-respected, midwife-owned women’s health and midwifery practice known for warm, relationship-based care, excellent patient experience, strong outcomes, and a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and gynecology.
Responsibilities
- Providing prenatal, birth, postpartum, and gynecologic care
- Attending hospital births
- Supporting unmedicated labors
- Managing labor and responding appropriately to deviations from normal
- Providing patient education and shared decision-making
- Conducting assessments and examinations
- Identifying health concerns, risk factors, and care needs
- Developing evidence-based plans of care
- Obtaining well-informed consent
- Collaborating with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare team members
- Documenting accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
- Sustaining the calm, high-quality Glow experience
- Participating in a shared-call model
- Communicating clearly with patients and team members
- Helping protect the calm, warm, professional Glow experience
- Participating in self-evaluation, peer review, and professional growth
- P Practicing in accordance with the Hallmarks of Midwifery, ACNM Core Competencies, and ACNM Code of Ethics
Qualifications
- Board certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife by AMCB
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in nursing
- Azaria license or eligibility for Azaria licensure
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges
- Full-scope CNM experience required
- Hospital birth experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care
- Reliability, responsibility, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while functioning well within a team
- Adaptability with software, electronic medical records, and established practice systems

Compensation will depend on experience, schedule, call participation, and role structure. Glow offers a competitive compensation model that includes base pay plus birth bonuses.
