We serve clients in Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston, and Hanscom AFB.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings (preferred).
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).

Pay
Competitive pay ranges up to $23.00/hr., depending on the shift and assignment. Salary range: $20 - $23 per hour.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available; multiple shifts offered. Job types include full‑time, part‑time, and per diem.
