Certified Nurse Assistant Full Time Temporary

About the role

Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2026 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full time Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs
• Absorb and implement our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care”
• Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities
• Create a safe environment in which to provide resident care

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid California Driver’s License

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (4/2 schedule)
