• Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities
• Aid with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Uphold resident rights by fostering an environment of dignity, respect, and privacy

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background test
