About the role
Certified Nurse Assistant assignment supporting a geriatric extended-care unit. You will provide hands-on care for residents with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
Responsibilities
- Provide CNA-level care and support to residents in an extended-care/geriatric setting.
- Support residents with needs associated with dementia, COPD, CHF, and deconditioning.
- Work collaboratively within the care team and follow unit procedures.
- Float to other appropriate assignments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Active Colorado CNA certification/license.
- Required BLS.
Pay
$24–$26 per hour.
Schedule
12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM – 6:00 AM) on a 13-week contract.
