Schedule
Current openings on each shift:
- Mornings: 7 am - 3 pm
- Evenings: 3 pm - 11 pm
- Nights: 11 pm - 7 am
Pay and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
- Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding
- Assists residents with range of motion exercises
- Provides for personal care and comfort, including movement to wheelchair or activity areas
- Assists residents with ambulation for short distances in the facility
- Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed
- Provides direct and indirect resident care services
- Meets the communication needs of residents and family
- Communicates to the nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency is preferred
- Must pass a state-issued exam
- Required valid certification as a CNA in the state of Missouri
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their family members, and facility staff
