Certified Nurse Aide (full-time) Evening

About the role

The Nursing Department on the Manhattan Campus is seeking full time Certified Nursing Assistants on evening shift to join our team. All CNAs should be able to work every other weekend. Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) performs direct resident/patient care, assisting in attaining the highest possible level of functioning in all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to maximize their independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident/patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents/patients in attaining the highest possible level of functioning in all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to maximize independence.

Requirements

• Current certification in the NYS Commissioner of Health Nurse Aide Registry.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One year of long‑term care experience preferred.

Schedule

• Evening shift: 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm.
• Required to work every other weekend.
