Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Skilled Nursing - Premium Weekend Program - Sherwood Oaks

About the role

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Sherwood Oaks provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS), ensuring they are supported in achieving and maintaining the highest practical level of functioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, mobility, and other ADLS.
• Monitor and report on residents' health status and changes in their condition.
• Participate in person-centered care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Prominent leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Premium Weekend Program Rate: $24.00/hour + $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Full-time: 7 PM - 7:30 AM
• Part-time: 11 PM - 7:30 AM every Saturday and Sunday
