Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Premium Evening Program - Skilled Nursing - Sherwood Oaks

About the role

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Sherwood Oaks provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS), ensuring they are supported in attaining and maintaining the highest practical level of functioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, mobility, and other ADLS.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with resident care planning.
• Provide emotional support and engage in social activities with residents.

Requirements

• Valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.

Pay

• $17.00/hour
• $24.00/hour depending on experience and shift
• Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• 3 PM - 11:30 PM
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays
