Premium Program Rate: - $24.00/hour; Base Rate depending on experience + Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus.
About the role
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervising nurse
- Participate in team meetings and assist with resident care planning
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork
- Experience in Senior Living preferred
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred
- Proven leadership experience preferred

11 PM - 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.
