Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Rehabilitation

About the role

The ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. It is a result of a partnership between ProHealth Care and Lifepoint Rehabilitation to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the region.

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff with patients' personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living.
• Performs more complex duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Completion of course for nursing assistants.
• Six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred.
• Certificate/License: Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• CPR/BCLS certification required within 7 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
