Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
• Receives/gives report on residents assigned during shift.
• Records ADLs, nutrition intake, vital signs, etc. as directed.
• Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed with the use of safety/protective devices.
• Answers call lights promptly and courteously.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Follows all safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have a current Texas CNA certification.
• Previous experience working in rehab/skilled nursing is preferred.
• Excellent hospitality skills and enjoy working with seniors.

Schedule

This role is for a BAYLOR employee who will work Saturday and Sunday: 5:45 AM - 10:15 PM, with an incentive for 40-hour pay per week.
