Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Caring and compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
