About the role
We are seeking passionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team at Hale Makua Health Services. Our mission is to provide compassionate personalized health services to improve the well-being of Maui's Elders.
Responsibilities
- Orient residents to the unit and facility: Bathroom, call system, shower schedule, and lanai/common areas;
- Introduce to residents at table;
- Inform residents of meal schedule and snack times;
- Inform residents of activity calendar and where activities are held;
- Respond to resident calls, call bells, call lights, alarms immediately;
- Respond to family requests immediately;
- Inform Charge Nurse when required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii.
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).

Pay
$5,000 Retention Bonus or $2,500 with Regular Part-time status!
