About the role

Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide compassionate care and support to residents. We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated CNA who demonstrates strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while collaborating with the care team to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record vital information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

Requirements

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
