About the role
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care and support to residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, catheter care)
- Maintain resident environments (changing linens, stocking supplies)
- Support mobility (ambulation and transfers)
- Record vital signs and nutritional intake
- Reposition residents for comfort and safety
- Encourage engagement through exercises and orientation
Requirements
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification from Texas
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, self-discipline, and a genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- Adherence to safety policies and understanding of residents' rights
- Strong attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative attitude
