Certified Nurse Aide - CNA

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and ensuring grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information accurately, including vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning by turning and repositioning residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement by leading range of motion exercises and providing reality orientation as directed.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform technical procedures.
• Strong communication skills, self‑discipline, and patience.
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Understanding and upholding the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

Pay

A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is available for a limited number of candidates. The bonus will be offered to eligible hires between 09/03/2026 and 10/03/2026.
