About the role

A Plus Health Care, part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies, is looking for CNAs to work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care. We offer multiple types of contracts and staff assisted living, memory care, nursing home, and in-home care across all shifts. If you like variety and learning new skills, on-site training is provided, and more shifts become available when responsibilities are properly fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Chart and execute plans of care

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (to include current TB test, Hep B)
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Pay

Base rate is $18 per hour with potential to increase to $24.70 per hour.
