Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Support personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and other locations as necessary.
• Assist members with self‑administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in the member’s condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in‑home care services experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance (required for member transportation).
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated, and well‑organized.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.
