Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, as needed
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, as well as monitor and report any changes in resident condition
• Demonstrate a commitment to our residents' dignity, respect, and independence
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry standards
