About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. We are offering a $2000 sign-up bonus for this full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
