Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Perform various non-medical tasks, such as positioning, transferring, and moving residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication management, including administering medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
