About the role

As a Montessori Certified Guide you will deliver an authentic Montessori experience in mixed‑age classrooms, using carefully curated materials to foster innovative thinking, independence, and good citizenship in young learners.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences.
• Follow all licensing guidelines, school policies, and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for each child’s development, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child‑care center, Montessori school, or related field; prior lead‑teacher experience preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.
