As a CNA, you’ll play a key role in observing changes in mood and behavior, helping our clinical team identify potential medical issues.
Pay
Earn over $23.30 per hour with the following structure:
- Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
- Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour
- Afternoon shift premium: $0.75 per hour
- Yearly wage increases

Responsibilities
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors through kind words and encouragement, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment.
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well-being.
- Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
