Responsibilities
- Perform resident care duties that prioritize safety, comfort, and compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations, and clinical guidelines.
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following all state/federal regulations and center policy.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the “five rights” of medication administration.
- Record all administered medications and treatments in the computer system and reference resident information as needed.
- Answer resident call lights, anticipate needs, and make rounds under the supervision of a licensed nurse or charge nurse.
- Observe and report medication reactions, side effects, changes in condition, or unusual incidents to the appropriate licensed staff.
- Support a culture of safety and quality to reduce medical/healthcare errors.
- Administer PRN medications in accordance with regulations and center policy.
- Take and record vital signs as assigned or required by certain medications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
- Valid certification as a CNA and CMT in the state of Missouri required.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Effective communication with residents, families, and center staff.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing; additional languages preferred.
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
Pay
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Shift differential pay at participating locations.

Schedule
- Full-time positions available.
