Responsibilities

• Performs resident care responsibilities in a safe and comfortable manner
• Administers medications as directed by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Demonstrates knowledge of the "five rights" of medication administration
• Records all medications administered and vital signs accurately
• Notifies licensed staff of resident complaints or adverse reactions
• Maintains a safe and quality-focused environment
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CNA and CMT certifications in Missouri
• Six months experience in long-term care
• Working email and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to react decisively in emergencies
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
