Mid Shift Certified Medication Technician (CMT) *$3,000 Sign-On Bonus*

Responsibilities

• Performs resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Demonstrates knowledge of “five rights” of medication administration
• Records the administration of medications and/or treatments appropriately
• Observes for and reports any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse
• Communicates effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staff
• Performs all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety
• Reports and records any changes observed in condition or behavior of residents and unusual incidents
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general equivalency
• Required valid certification as a CMT in the state of Missouri
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
• Maintains a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Pay

Starting rate for this position is $18.50 / hour!

Schedule

Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
