Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalities
• Participate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processes
• Maintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Flooding between units, assist team members, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Active SRNA and CMAI certification listed on the KY Board of Nursing
• Current CPR Certification
• Maintain SRNA certification

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 1-year related experience in a medical environment preferred

Skills

Compliance with medication protocols, participation in audits and performance improvement activities, accurate documentation, HIPAA confidentiality standards, training new staff, attending team meetings, supporting clinical operations.
