Certified Medication Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, transfers, and dining support.
• Administer prescribed medications, record vital signs, and participate in resident activities and outings.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and support life enrichment programs.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate health records and follow safety protocols.
• Must have SC Med-Tech certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, with 1-2 years healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, professionalism, flexibility, and ethical standards.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and pushing up to 250 lbs.
• Long hours and some night/weekend shifts.

Credentials

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
