About the role

Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech (CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Aiding residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Administering medication to residents

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current, active CNA I certification for the state of Maryland
  • Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred
  • Current CPR certification required

Pay

Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts.
