Certified Medication Aide - CMA

We are seeking a Certified Med Aide to enrich the lives of residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with the highest level of dignity and care.
• Distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Assist and emotionally support residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.

Requirements

• Current North Dakota CMA license.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• A commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• A willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.

Pay

$15.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential.
