Certified Medication Aide CMA

About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medications they need.
• Perform Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe changes in resident's condition.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Maintain education and knowledge about medication administration.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
• Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
• C.P.R. certification.
• One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience (preferred).
