About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the medications they need.
- Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in resident condition.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Maintain ongoing education about medication administration.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
- Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
- C.P.R. certification.
- One (1) year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience is preferable but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Passion for providing quality care to seniors.
